Draw floor plans with automatic zone reshaping, identify internal walls, add windows, and export to EnergyPlus EpJSON format
Windows will be centered on the wall with equal spacing between them and at the edges.

Depth of perimeter zones from exterior walls (typical: 3-5m)
Windows will be moved to appropriate perimeter zones
⚠️ Important: Internal walls between the 5 zones will be marked as Air Walls (no thermal resistance) for proper EnergyPlus modeling.

Automatically add windows to external walls based on a target percentage. Common WWR values: Residential 15-30%, Office 30-40%, High-performance 20-35%
Percentage of external wall area to be windows (5-95%)
Distance from floor to bottom of window (typical: 0.9m)
Vertical height of windows (typical: 1.2-1.8m)
